LisFranc Fracture - Midfoot Fractures

Pre-operative xrays demonstrating intra-articular fracture of the 2nd and 3rd TMT joints which can compromise the LisFranc midfoot complex

Pre-operative CT scan demonstrates extent of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal base fractures

Post-operative xrays demonstrating fixation of 2nd and 3rd TMT joints with spanning plate. First TMT was stabilized with InternalBrace (Arthrex) which still allowed for flexibility through the joint and provide stability.
